The figures also include full pay, allowance 3. marriage allowance, National Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Widowa', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Insurance contribution, exchange compensation, pension contribution, victualling, clothing, mess gear and miscellaneous expenses.
Allowance has been made for cost of passage of reliefs to Hong Kong and of relieved personnel to England, as well as pay etc., on passage and during foreign service luave. It is possible, however, that passages will occasionally be available in H..Vessels.
